Privacy Policy

This page explains, in plain terms, what information SA Services (“we,” “us”) collects through saproservice.com, why, and what you can do about it. SA Services is a small Texas business.

What we collect

When you send a request through our website form, we collect what you type in:

• All requests: your name, email, phone number, the service you want, your preferred date, and your project details or notes.
• Construction requests: the project location (optional).
• House cleaning requests: the service address, home type, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, approximate square footage (optional), how often you want cleaning, whether you have pets and what kind, your preferred time window, and any entry or access notes you choose to give (for example, a gate code or parking instructions).
• Media / design requests: the type of shoot or project (optional).
• Photos you choose to attach, and whether you used the site in English or Spanish.

With each form request we also record your browser type (user agent) and a scrambled, one-way code made from your IP address. We use these only to block spam and abuse; we don't use them to identify or track you.

If you call, text, or email us, we receive whatever you send us. This website does not take payments.

Tip: Only include entry codes or other sensitive details if you're comfortable doing so — you can always give them to us by phone later.

Why we use it

• To answer your request, prepare a quote or estimate, schedule the work, and do the job.
• To contact you about your request by phone or email.
• To keep the website safe and stop spam.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Where it goes

Form requests are saved in our private request database (hosted by Cloudflare) and emailed to our business inbox. Only SA Services can access them.

Outside services we use

• Cloudflare — hosts this website and runs our request form, database, and email delivery. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare also adds a small, cookie-free statistics script (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that records anonymous, combined data such as page views and page-load speed. It does not use cookies or local storage and is not used for advertising.
• Google (Gmail) — our business email inbox, which receives your requests and emails.
• Google Fonts — the site's fonts load from Google's servers, so your browser shares your IP address with Google when the page loads.
• jsDelivr — a public code network that delivers the site's animation scripts (GSAP and Lenis). Your browser shares your IP address with it when the page loads.
• Pixieset — our photo galleries (77 Studios Pro) are hosted on Pixieset. Gallery links open Pixieset's website, where Pixieset's own privacy policy applies.

Apart from Cloudflare's cookie-free statistics described above, we don't use analytics tools. We don't use advertising networks, tracking cookies, social media pixels, or embedded maps.

Cookies and local storage

Our public website does not set advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. It saves one small setting in your browser's local storage, “sa-lang,” to remember whether you chose English or Spanish. It never leaves your device, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings. (Our private staff login page uses one sign-in cookie for staff only; visitors never receive it.)

How long we keep it

We keep requests only as long as we need them to respond, do the work, and keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Your choices — see, correct, or delete your information

To ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to have it removed, contact us. We'll respond as soon as we reasonably can. We may keep information we are required to keep by law.

Security

The site uses HTTPS encryption and access to requests is password-protected. No website or email system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

This website is meant for adults arranging services. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
